Shame on Us
Sec.'y Kathy Calvin reports that the Berlin club sent six representatives to the District Convention in Springfield. That's considerably more than the none from our club. She recommends in the future that we try to have more of a presence at these events.
Pres. Warren Mitchell advises that the crew to Berlin last week included: Paul Cotton, Larry Murphy, Jim Fortier, Warren Mitchell, Don and Sue Nelson, and Dick Breton and others from the Southern Carroll County Club. Berlin had new boccie courts and a championship victory over Colebrook. Thanx to the Berliners for the conscientious chaperoning of our members after the meeting.
