Pres. Paul Cotton noted the participation of members who worked the last three days on the boardwalk as well as Jackie Bonafide and Katey Stone. Parking is available at Thurston Marine behind the drive-in theaters main screen. Make sure you leave something with "Kiwanis" on your dash. The trains will be running from Lakeport and Meredith to the Weirs. For schedule info go to
biketrains.com. They have offered us a 50% discount on the fares; just identify yourself as a Kiwanian to the ticket seller. The Sophie C and Doris E will be providing shuttle boat service from Meredith to the Weirs Thursday-Sunday with hourly departures. For more info call 253-7355. We still need more help on the second shift Sunday. It gets real busy just before the drawing.
