On the Road
Dianne Roberts reports that Charlie St. Clair ran into hail and tornadoes on his way to the Sturges motorcycle event.

Pres. Warren Mitchell reminds everyone of our trip to the Berlin club, Tuesday, August 24 with an August 31 raindate. He will need a head count by Monday next.

Win a Classic!
Pres.-Elect Paul Cotton reminds everyone that our first roadshow will be to Killington, Vermont, September 10-12. Tickets are in the works and are being underwritten by Laconia Savings Bank. The Harley will arrive on August 17.

This writer introduced Exec. Dir. Brian J. Loanes, Belknap County Restorative Justice, to the club. The program recognizes that the real violation in crime is a violation of the people. The BCRJ allows individuals and community members to come to terms on a personal level with the harm that has been done and allows the victim and the community to speak freely about the harm that has been done. It also strengthens the offender's relationship with the community and allows the offender to see the damage caused, and openly apologize for their actions. The program works with offenders aged 10-17 in Belknap County. For more information go to
