Key Club
The Key Clubbers report that 11 members participated in a cancer walk recently and will be working the food shack Friday next. On November 1, they will be doing a food drive for homeless awareness through St. Vincent de Paul; and they will be helping in a soup kitchen.

Philanthropy Lives
Sec.'y Kathy Calvin reports that we received a check for $10 from Liz Epstein, Leominster, Massachusetts, who had seen us at one of our raffle roadshows and wanted to make a donation but didn't want the tickets.

Chair Jim Fortier says that he has his crew together to help at the Key Club Food Shack Friday next.

Guest Speaker
Pres. Paul Cotton introduced Pres. Katharine A. Eneguess, New Hampshire Community Technical College at Laconia/Berlin, to the club. She reports that enrollment is up 12% to 1400 students. The major project right now is the construction on a new building at the Laconia campus. Eneguess points out that to provide students to the workplace effectively, community involvement is very important as well as industry support. For more information go to
