Chair Paul Cotton reports that we have a red and silver Heritage Classic on order and should be here in time for our first roadshow to the Grass Drags in October. The tickets are in the works, courtesy of Deb Cotton--Realtor.

Getting the Word Out
Kiwanis Poster Boy Joe Adrignola pointed out that our library donation reached the front page of The Citizen.

Food Shack
Chair Jim Fortier reminded all that we will be helping out at the Key Club Food Shack, Friday, 6p, for Laconia High School's first football game of the season.

Installation 2003
V.P. Warren Mitchell passed around a sign-up sheet for the Installation Dinner which will be held on Monday, September 29, at Pheasant Ridge Country Club. Division 6 Lt. Gov.-Elect Dan Witham will be in attendance for the ceremonies. It was pointed out that this would be a good opportunity to not only invite spouses, but prospective members and others associated with our club.

Boards Matters
The Boards approved $5 per child for 169 for dental education; $500 for the Multicultural Market Day; $89 for dental bills; ask for discussion and vote on a $50,000 donation over 3-5 years to the Laconia Public Library; $100 to Children of Peace International.

United Way Golf Tournament

The 16th Annual Lakes Region
United Way Golf Tournament, sponsored by Meredith Village Savings Bank and Laconia Savings Bank, is set this year for September 19th at Waukewan Golf Club. It will be a 1:30 Shotgun, Scramble Format with many prizes to be given away. We are currently looking for corporate sponsors--click here to download the Corporate Registration Form.
