Board Meeting Minutes:
Kathy Calvin read the minutes of the Board of Directors meeting from July 6, 2009. The following are the highlights:

The minutes from the previous month's meeting were approved.
The club approved the treasure's report.
A motion was made and approved to give Ron Penn a leave of absence for the month of July.
The Board did not accept a letter of resignation from Lori Dickson, but rather, gave her a six month leave of absence.
A motion was made and approved to accept the resignation of Tom Knox.

The meeting was adjourned at 7 pm.

Tonight's meeting adjourned at 7:25 pm.


Paul Cotton is going to need a good lawyer if he damages Phil Bonafide's bike.
